Instructions
for use
To heat in a microwave:
1. Place the pack into the microwave.
Heat for recommended time.(Please check the table for
heating times)
2. Remove the pack by holding the straps.
Lay the pack down for a minute.
3. Apply the pack to the body area that
needs therapy. |

To cool in a freezer:
1. Put the pack into a plastic bag make
sure that the bag is sealed and free from air.
2. Place into the freezer for at least
2 hrs.(No time limit)
3. Remove the pack from the bag.
4. Apply pack to the body area that needs
