    Instructions for use:

    To heat in a microwave
    1. Place the pack into the microwave. Heat for recommended time. ( Please check the table for heating time )
    2. Remove the pack by holding the straps. Lay the pack down for a minute.
    3. Apply the pack to the body area that needs therapy.

    To cool in a freezer
    1. Put the package into a plastic bag making sure that the bag is sealed and free from air.
    2. Place the bag into the freezer for at least 2 hours. ( No time limit )
    3.Remove the pack from the bag.
